As a Trainee Optical Assistant, you don’t need to have previous experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.

The Specsavers store in Mold is a busy and customer-focused optical and audiology branch, committed to delivering high-quality eye and hearing care to the local community. Located prominently on the High Street in the heart of the town centre, the store benefits from excellent public transport links, with nearby bus stops offering regular services to surrounding areas, as well as convenient access to local parking facilities. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, clinical excellence, and retail performance, the Mold store offers a fast-paced yet supportive workplace where colleagues are encouraged to develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Our team   

The team at the Specsavers Mold store is a friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated group of professionals who work closely together to deliver an exceptional customer experience. From experienced optometrists and dispensing opticians to optical assistants and support staff, every member of the team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the store.
