As a Call Centre Assistant at Specsavers, you’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration including NHS forms and triaging, answering calls and general queries, updating & filing records, and managing appointments. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store’s success.

The Specsavers store in Mold is a busy and customer-focused optical and audiology branch, committed to delivering high-quality eye and hearing care to the local community. Located prominently on the High Street in the heart of the town centre, the store benefits from excellent public transport links, with nearby bus stops offering regular services to surrounding areas, as well as convenient access to local parking facilities. What we’re looking for?
If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as Call Centre Assistant. These include:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional manner
- Booking and managing customer appointments
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or queries
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records on internal systems
- Delivering excellent service in line with Specsavers Customer Service Standards
- Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and polite over the phone)
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
