Optical Assistant - Leamington Spa

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

The Leamington Spa Specsavers team is a close-knit and highly collaborative group of professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding customer care. The store is made up of experienced optical and retail colleagues, including dispensing opticians, optical assistants, and support staff, all working together to create a welcoming and efficient environment. The team prides itself on strong communication, a positive attitude, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement. With a leadership team that encourages development and recognises achievement, colleagues are supported to build their skills, contribute ideas, and play an active role in the store’s ongoing success.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
