So, you’re an organisation expert wanting to take your career to the next level? Our Scheduler role in our Home Visits business could be perfect for you.
As a Scheduler at Specsavers, you’ll be a key part of our business. This role will involve sourcing, filling and routing clinics for our Home Visits Optometrists. You will be taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to our patients in this role.
We are looking for someone who is organised and can manage their time effectively. An excellent telephone manner is essential in this role, along with excellent time management and the ability to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team.
The Home Visits side of this means you’ll be surrounded and supported by a team bringing care to the homes of the people who can’t come into our stores.
Essentially, you’ll be making a real difference here.

What we’re looking for?
- Current or previous appointment setting or scheduling experience is essential
- Excellent telephone manner
- Call centre, office experience and customer service skills are also desired
