Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you won’t just be managing the day-to-day, you’ll be shaping the future of your team.  You’ll inspire, coach, and develop a group of individuals, helping them grow, all while managing and exceeding, safety, quality and productivity goals.  You’ll be the go-to person for creating a positive, inclusive and high performing environment where everyone feels valued and heard. 

You’ll have a natural ability to build strong relationships, be someone who isn’t afraid to get stuck in and knows how to keep the wheels turning.  While still having a focus on resource management, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.  An ability to coach, mentoring and influence change will be what sets you apart for this role. 

This role will be based at our Hi Spec site in Kettering.  It is permanent, offering 37.5 hours per week on shift A, 06:00 - 14:00, with some weekend working.
