Trainee Optical Assistant

As a Trainee Optical Assistant, you don’t need to have previous experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.

Based in the pretty town of Helston, Cornwall our small but perfectly formed store is in the heart of the community and has a friendly and inclusive team ready and waiting to meet you!

Some responsibilities of this role include:

• Welcoming customers into store
• Booking in eye tests
• Pre-screening patients
• Style advice and fitting of frames
• Taking measurements 
• Taking phones calls
