You will start by doing an admsinitrative support role to help you understand the clinical planning, appointment booking schedules as well as our triage and follow up process, so you need to be good at administration for a start. Once you have accomplished that side of things, you will move onto the clinical side of the role. Our Audiology Practitioners are key to making sure the screening process is efficient, providing the best customer service for both NHS and private services. In this role, you’ll be supported by an HAD (Hearing Aid Dispenser), and work with them to keep building your skills and complete your training. The role involves administration duties, as well as booking clinics, helping with minor repairs and rehabilitation and microsuction duties if required. Our stores - where will you work
Based in the Harrow Store mainly but you need to be able to cover clinics in Wealdstone and Pinner but they do have an additional store in Stanmore and Kingsbury.

- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Keen interest in self-development
- Interested in furthering your clinical skills
Desirable skills:
- Fluency in use of patient management systems (e.g. Socrates/Auditdata/Sycle) or previous experience in an audiology or optical setting or retail
