Senior Local Marketing Manager - Domiciliary

At Specsavers, we're on a mission to change lives through better sight and hearing, and our growing Domiciliary business plays a vital role in reaching customers who need us the most.

As our Senior Local Marketing Manager for Domiciliary, you'll play a vital role in helping our Optics and Audiology Partners grow their businesses across the UK and help them connect with their local communities to deliver life-changing services.

This is a varied and exciting opportunity to combine strategic thinking, commercial insight and creativity, in a role where your impact will be seen nationwide. Acting as a trusted marketing expert, you'll work closely with our Partners, Retail teams and other specialists to develop and deliver impactful local marketing strategies that respond to business opportunities, market challenges and community needs.  You’ll create targeted campaigns that drive performance and identify opportunities to grow market share, and you'll also use performance data, customer insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and continuously improve results. From planning and executing marketing activity to managing budgets, media plans and creative assets, you'll bring a commercial mindset and a practical approach to making things happen.

This role will be predominantly home-based with some travel around the UK, including to our head office in Guernsey (requiring some overnight stays).

We're looking for a seasoned senior commercial marketer, with experience of the retail marketing sector (essential), who has successfully partnered with businesses, leaders and operational teams to deliver effective marketing activity.

A strong understanding of local marketing, community engagement and campaign delivery is also essential, alongside the ability to interpret and report on performance data, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a complex, fast-paced, matrix environment. You'll be confident building strong relationships, influencing senior stakeholders, and translating insight into action.  Most importantly, you'll bring a proactive, resilient mindset, a collaborative approach and a genuine passion for helping businesses succeed.
