As Senior Frame Buyer, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering our global frame strategy. This isn’t just about buying frames; it’s about creating collections that delight customers, reflect the latest trends, and meet diverse market needs. You’ll lead product development for your categories, ensuring every frame is designed and delivered on time, with exceptional quality and value. From negotiating with suppliers to collaborating with design, marketing, and operations teams, you’ll be at the heart of a process that turns insight and innovation into products people love.

Your influence will extend across borders. Regular travel to our global suppliers and support offices will give you the chance to build strong relationships and bring fresh ideas to life. You’ll use customer insights, trend research, and range performance analysis to make informed decisions, while championing sustainability and digital processes as part of our everyday way of working. Critical path management will be second nature to you, ensuring projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.
