As a Creative Business Partner – up to 13-month FTC, you’ll work closely with our marketing colleagues to lead national and local campaigns, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders from initial brief to final delivery. You’ll connect two key departments, guiding workstreams with clarity, confidence, and a focus on purposeful delivery. From strategy and development to media, PR, and social, you’ll bring together internal specialists and external partners to build campaigns that align with objectives and are delivered on time.
You’ll take ownership of your assigned workstreams with support from your Lead Creative Business Partner, working closely with planners and strategists to ensure briefs are clear, insightful, and set up for success. You’ll define responsibilities, shape ways of working, and guide each stage of the project, always keeping stakeholders engaged and informed. From development to delivery, you’ll help ensure the work stays on brief, on brand, and meets quality standards.
You’ll bring project teams together, building trusted relationships and encouraging clear, open communication across all groups. You’ll keep projects organised and clearly structured, working closely with producers to ensure transparency at every stage. If any risks or concerns emerge, you’ll recognise them early and escalate to the relevant stakeholders to keep the project on track.
We’re looking for someone with a solid background in a similar role, either agency side or client side delivering integrated creative campaigns. You’re energised by the challenge of producing standout creative and turning vision into tangible results. You know how to inspire those around you, working closely with in-house creative teams to shape the plan and bring the best ideas to life. You bring a strong commercial mindset and a passion for creative excellence, always focused on driving meaningful, effective outcomes.
