Join the Legal Resource team on a 6-month FTC and be part of a journey providing company secretarial services. Supporting the rollout of new businesses and managing changes within our existing store portfolio across the UK, ROI, Northern Europe, and Canada. This includes handling partnership contracts and ensuring each business maintains its license to trade.

 

As an Administrator, you’ll be at the forefront of the department, providing essential administrative support to both the Legal Resource Team and Property Team. Your day-to-day tasks will include performing key filing duties such as registration renewals, validations, and confirmation statements to meet all statutory and legislative timeframes. You’ll maintain company registers and store partnership documentation accurately on various internal databases and hard copy files. Plus, you’ll assist stores with visa applications and provide ad hoc support to other colleagues as needed.

 

Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the business will be key for resolving issues and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll handle requests from other departments for information and complete various applications, including bank applications, account requests, and loan documentation. You’ll also provide company credit reports and conduct company house searches.

 

But that doesn’t stop there. You’ll dive into coordinating the internal signing and monitoring of property documentation, ensuring accurate and timely document management storage, and monitoring emails daily to quickly resolve requests. You’ll also manage the collection and distribution of incoming and outgoing post.

 

To be the best in this role, you’ll need excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels while managing your workload.
