In this 12-month FTC as Account Director, you’ll be right at the heart of our Creative Capability Hub: the team that excites people about the Specsavers brand and supports our marketing colleagues across the UK and Guernsey. You’ll manage global, national and local campaigns across multiple disciplines, guiding projects in partnership with relevant colleagues from that very first spark of a brief through to the moment it lands in the world.

 

Think of this as an opportunity to partner with strategists, creatives, producers, digital experts and partner agencies, media, PR, social, and more, all pulling together to build campaigns that hit the mark every time. And you’ll be the one creating the space, structure and energy for everyone to do their best work.
