As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team at the heart of our support office. Partnering with functions including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing, you’ll gain real breadth while influencing how we attract, engage and hire talent across the business. This hybrid role offers flexibility, balanced with regular face-to-face time across our locations. Travel to Nottingham, Southampton and Guernsey will be part of the role, helping you build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders.

 

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across your business areas, from shaping briefs and writing engaging adverts through to sourcing, selection and offer management. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide hiring managers and HR teams, supporting confident, well-informed decisions. You’ll also deliver engaging recruitment training sessions, helping managers build capability and confidence in hiring.

 

Using a proactive and creative approach, you’ll source talent through a mix of channels including social networks, referrals and talent pools, engaging both active and passive candidates. You’ll bring market insight to shape attraction strategies and continually improve how we hire, ensuring a fair, consistent and positive candidate experience throughout.

 

We’re looking for someone with strong in-house recruitment experience across multiple areas, who can manage a varied workload and build relationships at all levels. You’ll be adaptable, solutions-focused and confident using tools like LinkedIn, CV databases and technologies like Co-pilot to enhance your approach, alongside a strong understanding of the external market and how it continues to evolve.

 

You’ll communicate clearly, flex your approach depending on your audience, and bring a calm, solution-focused mindset to a fast-paced environment.
