Retail Resourcing Partner (UK) FTC

Are you an experienced and dynamic recruitment professional with a passion for finding top talent? Do you excel at finding talent within challenging industries? If so, read on.. 

You’ll join us as a Resourcing Partner where you’ll play a crucial role in our team, focusing on recruiting  across our stores in Scotland and across our Audiology and Domiciliary business.  You’ll source and secure top talent in the retail world, making a significant impact to our business.  

You’ll utilise your proactive recruitment skills to identify and attract talent in a hard-to-fill industry. Working on innovative sourcing methods; thinking outside the box to identify and engage potential candidates. Most importantly, you’ll deliver exceptional service to our stores, exceeding expectations and ensuring an efficient and positive recruitment journey for all involved.  

You’ll need previous resourcing experience, strong headhunting and sourcing experience, and while traditional recruitment methods have their place, your inventive thinking beyond conventional boundaries to discover hidden talent and leaving no stone unturned. You’ll be representing our employer brand, ensuring a positive stakeholder and candidate experience.  

Excellent stakeholder management skills are key to build strong lasting relationships with our stores. Strong communication, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.  Living in or around Scotland for travel to stores, would be idea!
