Love data? Help shape the future of eyewear, as part of our Frames team.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an analytical Product Analyst to our Global Frame Development Team, based in Nottingham.
You’ll be part of a dynamic environment where your insights will directly influence product strategy, supplier performance, and commercial outcomes across multiple territories.
In this newly created role, you’ll be the go-to expert for data reporting and analysis within the frame category. You’ll dive deep into product performance, supplier metrics, and commercial impact, turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Your work will support monthly and annual reviews, help identify opportunities for optimisation, and guide strategic decisions across the business.
You’ll be working closely with teams across Strategic Trading, Supply Chain Finance, Demand Planning, and Commercial Finance, as well as our suppliers and operations teams. Collaboration is key, and your ability to communicate insights in a compelling and accessible way will be just as important as your technical skills.
We’re looking for someone who’s confident with large datasets and highly proficient in Excel. If you have experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau, even better. You’ll need a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a natural curiosity that drives you to ask questions and seek out improvements. This role is ideal for someone who’s proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to take ownership of their work from day one.
Whether you’re reviewing frame design data to unlock cost efficiencies, analysing SKU distribution to improve supplier alignment, or creating dashboards that bring data to life, your contributions will make a real difference. You’ll also have the opportunity to support category development projects and help shape the future of our frame offering.
Experience in retail, FMCG or supply chain analytics would be a bonus, but it’s not essential. What matters most is your mindset: a passion for learning, a drive to improve, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
If you’re ready to bring your analytical skills to a business that’s committed to making a positive impact, we’d love to hear from you.
