We’re looking for an experienced Middle Weight Designer located in Southampton, London or Guernsey.

Ready to create bold, multi-channel campaigns that drive attention and deliver impact? Be part of the Creative Capability Hub, where imagination transforms into impactful design.

As a Middleweight Designer, you’ll craft ideas that elevate the Specsavers brand. Whether it’s striking advertising campaigns or digital content that sparks engagement, your work will be thoughtful, consistent, and designed to capture attention while delivering powerful messages.

In today’s omni-channel landscape, where design spans digital and motion, you’ll bring ideas to life with purpose, elevating both the message and the creative execution. Working alongside designers, art directors, copywriters, and project managers, you’ll help push our creative output, grow our portfolio, and deliver fully integrated campaigns. You’ll generate fresh concepts, tackle briefs with imagination, and craft inspiring design solutions across print, motion, and digital.

Your design work will help shape how the Specsavers brand comes to life, from consistent print campaigns to standout digital experiences that engage audiences across every channel. You’ll ensure every touchpoint is delivered with clarity, consistency, and creativity, while also supporting team growth by sharing your expertise, offering guidance, and helping other designers expand their knowledge, skills, and experience.

We’re looking for someone with a strong portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of experience in advertising campaigns, spanning a variety of brands, briefs, and industries and showing the flexibility and adaptability needed to deliver creative solutions that resonate in different contexts. The portfolio should also highlight adaptability, attention to detail, and compelling storytelling across print, digital, and motion.

You design for an omni-channel world, blending creativity with brand consistency. Curious and forward-thinking, you embrace new tools and trends to elevate your work. With solid experience in print and digital production, you understand best practices and workflows. Confident in presenting ideas and building strong stakeholder relationships, you thrive in collaboration and deliver impactful campaigns

Please include a link to your portfolio in your CV to highlight your design work and creative experience.
