Lead Data Analyst - PMO

Are you ready to take your data skills to the next level and make a real impact? At Specsavers, we’re building a brand-new PMO function at the heart of our technology transformation, and we need a Lead PMO Data Analyst who’s excited to shape how data drives decision-making across our global delivery portfolios.

Imagine being the person who brings all our portfolio data together using your expertise in Power BI to design and build dashboards that give instant, actionable insights. You’ll be hands-on with PowerApps, Power Automate, and the Atlassian suite (including JIRA), creating and rolling out smart reporting solutions that make complex information simple and accessible. Your Excel skills will help you dig deep into the numbers, whilst not essential any experience with PPM tools means you know how to turn raw data into clear, compelling stories for stakeholders at every level.

This is your chance to collaborate with delivery leaders and value stream owners, ensuring our data is accurate, our reporting is automated, and our processes are aligned. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and developing places for all our technology portfolio data whether that’s SharePoint, Teams, data lakes, or JIRA and making sure permissions and access are spot-on. You’ll also get to shape recommendations and insights from portfolio performance data, support capacity and resource management, and champion continuous improvement across the PMO.
