Graduate Recruitment and Engagement Manager

Are you passionate about helping people take the first step into a rewarding career? As our Graduate Recruitment and Engagement Manager, you'll play a key role in inspiring, attracting and supporting the next generation of Optometrists. Working across the North of England and Northern Ireland, you'll build relationships with students, universities and industry partners, helping talented people discover the opportunities available with us.

This is a people-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll lead university events, presentations, workshops and recruitment activities, while managing scholarship, placement and student engagement programmes. You'll enjoy being out and about, representing our business, building meaningful relationships and creating exceptional experiences that encourage talented students to choose us for their future careers.

We're looking for a highly organised and adaptable people professional with strong influencing and relationship management skills. You'll be confident engaging a wide range of stakeholders, from students and trainees through to governing bodies, senior academic leaders and senior clinical leadership teams, tailoring your approach to build credibility, secure buy-in and drive outcomes. You'll be comfortable presenting to large audiences, leading engagement activities and managing multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment. Experience in people management, programme leadership or a similarly stakeholder-rich environment would be highly beneficial.
