As a Global Store Designer – up to 11-month FTC, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to designing store environments that elevate the customer experience and showcase our brand across all operating markets, playing a key role in shaping the future of our physical stores.
You’ll support the Global Store Design team with research, brief writing, idea generation, drawings, and visualisation. You’ll help us develop new concepts and specifications, ensuring our stores reflect both innovation and consistency. Working closely with the Store Environment Design Manager and regional teams, you’ll contribute to the delivery and evaluation of regional trials, while also supporting the Specification and Standards Manager in creating accurate manuals and standards for new design elements.
You’ll be responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget, whether supporting the team or leading your own initiatives. Your ability to produce effective 2D and 3D visuals using a range of tools will be key to communicating ideas clearly. You’ll also maintain databases, manage design risk assessments, and prepare concise technical packs to support execution across global markets.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You’ll championing platforms like SharePoint and Teams, help prepare presentation packs for working groups and governance forums, ensuring proposals are signed off effectively. Alongside this, you’ll support the team with administration, including purchase orders and invoicing.
We’re looking for someone with experience in store design, and/or design management, ideally working with design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit. A solid understanding of retail equipment, materials, and design-supporting technology is essential, alongside effective communication skills that bring concepts to life. You’ll be solution-focused, creative, and confident in spatial planning and visualisation. With experience in Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite, you’ll also need to be resilient, adaptable, and able to influence stakeholders while championing change.
This role requires flexibility with working hours, including some early mornings to support global teams across different time zones. It also involves some travel for team meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
