Global Data Quality Lead - UK

This is an opportunity to join Specsavers at an exciting stage in its global digital transformation journey. As our Global Data Quality Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, integrity and reliability of customer and business data across a global organisation. Joining a relatively new team with strong foundations already in place, you'll help shape and mature our data quality capability, ensuring trusted data sits at the heart of business decision-making, customer experience and future growth.

You'll lead a small team of Data Quality Analysts while driving the implementation and evolution of Specsavers' Data Quality Assurance Framework. Working closely with data owners, governance teams and stakeholders across the business, you'll oversee global data quality initiatives, establish controls and reporting, conduct audits and help identify and resolve data quality issues. You'll also play a key role in developing data quality metrics, dashboards and improvement plans, ensuring data remains accurate, consistent and fit for purpose across our global data landscape.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring experience building and embedding data quality capabilities within complex organisations, ideally across a global environment. You'll have a strong understanding of data quality frameworks, governance principles and data controls, alongside proven experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders. We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach, is comfortable challenging poor data practices and can turn data insights into meaningful business improvements. Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills will be key to your success.
