Frame Buying Assistant

Date: 20 Oct 2025

Location: Fareham, ENG, GB, PO15 7PA

Company: Specsavers

At Specsavers, we’re on a mission to change lives through better sight and hearing, and we do it with style, heart and a whole lot of teamwork.

The Global Frame Development team is within the centre of that mission, creating frames that not only look great but feel great and deliver real value to our customers across the globe.  Now, the team is growing and are looking for a brilliant, organised, and enthusiastic Frame Buying Assistant to help us bring even more fantastic frames to life.

In this role, you’ll be right in the thick of it, supporting the buying and development team to deliver new products that hit the mark for our customers and global markets.  From managing samples and coordinating product launches to analysing sales data and keeping everything on track with our critical path timelines.  You’ll be the glue that holds it all together.

You’ll work closely with suppliers, designers, and internal teams across the UK, Guernsey, Hong Kong and beyond, making sure every frame launched is the best it can be.

The role is perfect for someone who loves organisation, thrives on juggling multiple projects, and gets a buzz from seeing a product go from concept to customer.  You’ll be a natural communicator, a spreadsheet whizz, and someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.  If you’ve got an eye for detail, a love for great design, and a can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be joining a team that’s collaborative, passionate and always up for laugh, even when knee deep in samples and launch packs.  With a culture where everyone’s voice is heard, ideas are welcomed, and development is encouraged.  You’ll get to work on exciting projects, learn loads, and make a real impact in a constantly evolving business.  Plus, you’ll be part of a company that genuinely cares about its people and its purpose.
