As a Finance Senior Administrator – Property, you’ll be at the centre of our financial operations. You’ll take ownership of processing rental and service charge payments in line with fixed monthly and quarterly cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for our stores in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Spain.

 

Working closely with the team, you’ll manage transactional data through our finance systems, consistently meeting service level agreements. Your day-to-day will include logging and reconciling invoices, producing payment runs, and supporting property surveyors with insurance, legal, and ad hoc store-related costs.

 

You’ll be the go-to person for resolving customer queries, reconciling supplier accounts, and providing insightful analysis to internal teams, landlords, and letting agents. You’ll manage daily workloads, ensure resources are balanced, and complete tasks efficiently. You’ll respond to email queries, chase missing VAT invoices, and escalate issues when needed with confidence and clarity. You’ll also support project work and cross-team training to help us stay agile and collaborative.

 

To be the best in this role, you’ll understand accounts processes and double-entry bookkeeping, applying that knowledge consistently. You communicate clearly, stay organised, and demonstrate strong attention to detail in everything you do. You're confident handling large volumes of financial data, ensuring accuracy in every transaction. Your approach to query resolution is customer-focused, you take responsibility for each query, investigate the details, and respond promptly to ensure smooth resolution.
