As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of driving financial excellence for the UK & ROI Audiology business. This is a unique role that places you at the centre of the function, working with key stakeholders from Store Partners to the Audiology Support Office. You’ll be the go‑to person for the NHS Service Delivery team, supporting contract bids and re‑tenders, preparing profitability forecasts, and delivering financial insights to the leadership team. Alongside this, you’ll shape monthly reporting, support supplier invoice processing, and play a key role in cost centre budgeting and financial reviews, making a real impact across the business.

You’ll build strong relationships with the Product, Marketing, and NHS Service Delivery teams, acting as a trusted financial advisor to drive innovation and growth within Audiology. Taking ownership of cost centres, you’ll empower budget holders with clear, insightful monthly reports and help them stay on track to achieve financial targets. Working closely with the Director of NHS Services, you’ll contribute to the future of NHS Audiology through robust annual planning, budgeting, and agile reforecasting.

During month‑end, you will lead the cost of sales process, overseeing everything from invoice validation and product pricing to cost provisioning, while supporting partners with queries about sales and stock. You’ll also build and maintain relationships with Audiology suppliers and the Supply Chain team, ensuring seamless invoicing and efficient operations.

We’re looking for someone with strong commercial acumen who is ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified or nearly qualified with experience in management accounting, reporting, and business partnering. You’ll be proactive, analytical, and highly organised, able to explain complex financial information clearly to non‑financial colleagues. Confidence in Excel is essential, and knowledge of PowerBI, Databricks SQL, and Open Accounts will be an advantage.
