As a Creative Business Partner – 9-month FTC, you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating CRM campaigns across a variety of categories, from optics to audiology to domiciliary. You’ll work closely with marketing colleagues to understand the brief, then bring it to life through our in-house creative team, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on brand, and on point.
You’re the one who brings it all together, building strong relationships, setting projects up for success, and driving collaboration across teams. From strategy to creative, production to digital, and even with our media, PR, and social partners, you’ll keep everything running smoothly and in sync. From briefing to delivery, you’ll be at the heart of your project, keeping everything organised, everyone informed, and every piece of work on track. You’ll also play a key role in optimisation, helping to implement test-and-learn campaigns that improve customer journeys and drive results.
We’re looking for someone with a solid background in CRM campaign delivery, whether from agency or client-side, who’s energised by the challenge of delivering standout creative and can turn vision into tangible results. You know how to inspire those around you, working closely with in-house creative teams shape the plan and bring the best ideas to life. You’re a natural problem-solver with a commercial mindset and excellent communication skills. Strategically curious, you’re always asking the right questions, and you’re not just a supporter of creativity, you’re its champion and architect.
