Change Analyst

Are you someone who thrives on making change happen? We’re on a mission to transform lives through better sight and hearing—and we need a Business Change Analyst who’s ready to help us make that happen. You’ll be right at the heart of our global change initiatives, working with teams across the business to make sure everyone’s ready, willing, and able to embrace what’s coming next.

This isn’t just about ticking boxes, it’s about understanding what’s changing, who it affects, and how we can make the journey smoother for everyone involved. You’ll be diving into impact assessments, planning business readiness activities, and making sure communication and training hit the mark. If you’re someone who’s great at building relationships, loves solving problems, and can keep things moving even when the going gets tough, then you’ll thrive in this role. 

We’re looking for someone who’s got a solid grip on change management principles, knows how to communicate clearly and confidently, and can work with people at all levels.
