As part of this major programme, we’re looking for a Business Analyst with strong Agile expertise who can bring clarity, structure and momentum to delivery.

 

This role places you at the heart of a large transformation, working across multiple teams to understand challenges, define outcomes, and translate them into well‑formed, development‑ready user stories. You’ll shape requirements, support refinement, and ensure each story is fully defined ahead of development and testing.

 

Experience in retail technology and operations is highly desirable. Knowledge of in‑store processes (especially optical or audiology), omnichannel journeys and systems such as POS, CRM, inventory and appointment booking will help you excel. Exposure to multi‑market rollouts and consistent process design is a bonus.

 

You’ll need to operate confidently in fast‑paced Agile Scrum teams. You’ll be experienced in breaking down complex requirements into well‑structured stories, maintaining a clear and prioritised backlog and facilitating refinement sessions that ensure delivery is smooth and predictable.

 

You’ll also bring solid analytical skills, be comfortable diving into data to support decision‑making and be a strong communicator who can work effectively with stakeholders across business and technology. Experience supporting digital delivery teams or working within complex environments such as retail or healthcare will be valuable.
