Supported by an established optical store, the business benefits from strong cross-referral opportunities and a collaborative partnership environment. You'll be stepping into a well-established business with experienced support already in place, allowing you to focus on leading, growing and shaping its future success.

What You'll Receive

Financial & Career Growth

• Guaranteed salary of $120,000 plus superannuation (paid fortnightly)

What We're Looking For

• Full membership, or eligibility for membership, with Audiology Australia or ACAud
• Minimum three years' post qualification clinical experience
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Confidence managing a busy appointment schedule and administrative responsibilities
• A collaborative mindset with ambitions to lead and grow a successful business
• Passion for delivering high quality, value driven hearing care
