Trainee Audiology Practitioner - Dublin Hearcare

Our Audiology Practitioners are key to making sure the screening process is efficient, providing the best customer service for both NHS and private services. In this role, you’ll be supported by an HAD (Hearing Aid Dispenser), and work with them to keep building your skills and complete your training. The role involves administration duties, as well as booking clinics, helping with minor repairs and rehabilitation and microsuction duties if required.  We help change lives through better sight and hearing, so why wouldn’t you want to get involved?

Based in our Dublin GPO Arcade store but also covering Dawson Street, Crumlin and Rathmines

What’s on offer? 

As well as all the support you need and great training and development opportunities, we have a whole load of benefits on offer for you to enjoy. These include:  

• €28,000 per annum plus increments as you complete each of the 3 modules
• Working 5 days over 7, and WILL include a Saturday
• Core business hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday from 8.30am to 5.30pm but the store operates 2 late nights a week

What we’re looking for?

• Good written and verbal English skills / good communication
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Keen interest in self-development
• Interested in furthering your clinical skills

Desirable skills:

• Fluency in use of patient management systems (e.g. Socrates/Auditdata/Sycle) or previous experience in an audiology or optical setting or retail
