As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

Join our friendly team at Specsavers Cranleigh, located in the heart of a vibrant high street. Our store offers comprehensive eye and hearing care in a modern, welcoming environment, supported by a team that values development and exceptional customer service.
Cranleigh is well-connected, with regular bus services to Guildford and Horsham, and easy access by car from surrounding villages. There’s convenient parking nearby, including Village Way and Stocklund Square car parks, both just a short walk from the store. What we’re looking for?
If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience in optics business
- Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology
