As an Administrator at Specsavers, you’ll be a key part of our Optics business. You’ll make sure all administration and clinic scheduling is completed in the most effective, efficient way possible, and you’ll always put the customers first.

What we’re looking for? 

  • Experience of working in fast paced administration environment 
  • Experience with high volume calls and/or managing clinics
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills 
  • Outstanding customer service approach, able to provide support and reassurance to customers 
  • Team player with a positive can-do attitude 
  • High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships with a wide range of people
