Audiology Practitioner - Chippenham

We are looking for a part time or full time qualified Audiology Practitioner to work full or part time.

Do you want to help the nation hear clearer than ever? As an Audiology Practitioner at Specsavers, you can work alongside your partners and colleagues to help more customers with their hearing, faster. Due to business growth, we are looking for a qualified Hearing Care Assistant within an organisation, or someone with previous Audiology Practitioner experience. The role involves clinical work and will also include administration duties.  We are looking for someone with Wax Removal Qualification already and are especially keen to speak with people who have qualifications from:

Audiology Academy HCA Course

Starkey HCA Course

University led HCA programme

Our store   

In this role, you will be required to work across Chippenham, Devizes & Melksham so a driving license is required to reach these easily.

Our team   

We have a wonderful team of dedicated people in our store ready and waiting for you to meet.  The stores have 2 Audiology Directors which means you will be even more supported in the role as there is always someone with Audiology experience in store to help you if needed.  The Director Tim, is also keen to help with career development and encourages that from within his team.

• Starting salary is £30,000 depending in experience ( pro rata for part time)
• Full-time: 40 hours per week worked over 5 days and will include weekend working, which can be alternate weekends or one day each weekend

While we don’t need you to have a degree or any specific qualifications to enrol on this programme, we do need you to have a few skills to get started here. Firstly, you’ll need to have good written and verbal English skills, so we know you can communicate effectively with our customers and colleagues. You’ll also need to have a keen interest in self-development, desire to further your skills, and then ideally a fluency in use of patient management systems such (but don’t worry if you don’t have that last one).
