Permanent role: Domiciliary Dispensing Optician (Low Vision Accredited) or DO with keen interest on progressing to complete this accreditation
Area: Cardiff, Abergavenny Caerphilly and Carmarthen, but not all in the one day!
Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm (flexibility required)
Salary: £33,000 depending on experience
Benefits: Company car of car allowance of £2,400 per annum
Annual Leave: 20 days pro rata plus the usual 8 public/bank holidays, plus birthday off.
Business Mileage paid (amount per mile depends on car engine size and fuel type)

Due to growth, we have a unique and exciting opportunity available for a Dispensing Optician to join our Home Visits team that provide eye care to patients in their own homes. Candidates must have low vision accreditation or be happy to work towards this and a full UK driving licence.
As a Domiciliary Dispensing Optician you’ll ensure the delivery of high quality professional services to patients in their own homes and in some care home settings. You must have high standards of dispensing and customer care and strive to make sure every customer has a great experience with us.
Working alongside our experienced Directors and local clinical teams, you are sure to be supported in your journey with the home visits team as well as being enabled to learn new skills and develop your clinical skills.
