What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
- Ability to dispense across all levels
- A passion for exceptional customer service
- Strong teamwork and great initiative
- Confidence using IT systems
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Desirable Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Previous work in optics
- Basic understanding of optical terminology
