Scheduler - Belshill, North Lanarkshire

So, you’re an organisation expert wanting to take your career to the next level? Our Scheduler role within our Home Visits business could be perfect for you.  

As a Scheduler at Specsavers, you’ll be a key part of our business. This role will involve planning & scheduling clinics for our Home Visits teams in both Optics and Audiology, taking inbound calls from customers, care homes and third parties, along with making outbound calls and any other admin tasks as required, all the while offering excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone who is organised and can manage their time effectively. An excellent telephone manner is essential in this role, along with excellent time management and the ability to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team. This will be a fast-paced and busy role, so we are looking for someone who can work at pace and prioritise accordingly.

The Home Visits side of this means you’ll be surrounded and supported by a team bringing care to the homes of the people who can’t come into our stores.

• Current or previous appointment setting or scheduling experience is essential
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to work at pace and manage a busy workload
• Call centre, office experience and customer service skills are also desired
