Audiology Customer Service Triage Coordinator

You’ll start with us a Audiology Customer Service Triage Coordinator where full training will be provided. We’re not looking for people with years of experience or heaps of qualifications — just passionate, hard-working individuals who are ready to confidently welcome customers and support them throughout their visit.

What we’re looking for? 

Some of the responsibilities of this role include: 

• General admin duties
• Booking in eye tests 
• Making phone calls 
• Taking phone calls
• Supporting customers
