The Role

As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Directors to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store. You’ll lead by example, setting high standards and empowering your team to make the right decisions for every customer.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance customer care with commercial awareness — all while being supported to grow your leadership and people-management skills. It’s an important position, but one where you’ll be fully supported to succeed.

Located in Barnsley, our modern store is fully equipped with excellent facilities to support you in your role and your development.

Our Team

You’ll be joining a friendly, dedicated team of around 40 colleagues who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and supporting one another.
