The Role & Team

Are you commercially minded with a passion for growing partnerships and delivering great outcomes? We are seeking a proactive and results-focused Corporate Partnerships professional to develop and grow our Corporate Partnership programmes across New Zealand and Australia.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening key Corporate Partner relationships, driving programme engagement and utilisation, and identifying opportunities to grow existing partnerships. You will also play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, using data and insights to drive commercial performance and deliver value to our partners, stores and customers.

You will work closely with Corporate Partners, Specsavers stores and internal stakeholders to coordinate campaigns, communications, reporting and programme activity, ensuring our partnerships continue to deliver strong long-term value.

 

The Skills We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, partnerships, sales or relationship management, with a strong focus on building and growing commercial relationships
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to use data, reporting and insights to identify opportunities and drive programme performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • A proactive and growth-focused approach, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand partner needs and develop practical solutions that deliver mutual value
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience working with databases, reporting systems and CRM platforms
