Position: Dispensing Optician Manager
Location: Across three stores - Altrincham, Sale and Urmston. Ideally will be 2 days in Sale, 2 days in Altrincham and 1 day in Urmston but this can be discussed further.
Salary: Base salary of £32,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Full-Time (40 hours) inc. weekends
Experience Level: A qualified Dispencing Optician with experience delivering training, support, new launches and supervise (Cert 3 and 4) - thorough training and continued training and development will be provided

This is a unique role to join us a Dispencing Optician Manager to support with the training and development across all of our 3 sister stores. You will help facilitate our people plan from new starters all the way to TDO's. Join us and help work to ensure every single one of our customers receives the very best patient experience. The Role in a Nutshell:
- Ensure that you provide good levels of customer service to customers at all times.
- Liaise with Optometrists to ensure that each customer you dispense receives a consistent quality handover.
- Manage aftersales service (including complaints and problem solving) in a customer service focused ‘can do’ manner.
- Contribute to achievement of individual and team sales targets by demonstrating effective professional sales techniques.
- You will set the standard, empowering the teams, briefing the teams to deliver excellent people training, development and succession of the people plan.
- You will supervise, coach and develop the team to improve their performance, productivity, optical knowledge and the service they deliver.
- Ensuring all new starters receive a personalised induction with a welcoming experience, you will encourage the existing team to develop their knowledge of our products and services, support and grow the Cert 3 & 4 development journey with supervision.
- You will support by using KPI’s to support an increase in sales, minimise labour turnover and maximise people within the businesses.
